FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINESThe following guidelines for submitting digital files are designed to help your orders flow smoothly through our manufacturing processes. ACROBAT (.pdf) - our preferred file format. |

We recommend creating a Postscript file and then processing it with Acrobat Distiller Download our distiller settings file or use the following settings: |

• Compatibility version 4, 5, or 6 (PDF
1.3, 1.4, or 1.5). • Press optimized. • Resolution 2400 dpi. • Embed all fonts. • Leave color unchanged. • Maximum quality. • All compression off. |

We will gladly accept Postscript Files. When creating the file, please use the appropriate postscript PPD. Download our postscript PPD file or use the following settings: |

• Positive, no mirror, emulsion down. • Turn on printers marks, page information, and center the file in the image area. • Be sure the scale is 100%, download all fonts. • Color-Composite. • No OPI. |

• Include ALL fonts (postscript and screen or truetype) as well as all linked images. • All colors used in the application as well as any linked images must be spot color. • File alterations will be billed at an hourly rate of $45.00. |

• We require color separated hardcopies on all submissions. • We support most standard media types (cd, zip, floppy, etc). • Our e-mail address is graphics@sbfnet.com. Please use a compression program to protect your files. • PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PO NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR E-MAIL SO WE CAN FIND YOUR FILE. |
